No Warrant Data on File

This site does not host, build, compile, or sell any database of warrants or warrant records. We publish general guidance about where Mackinac County records are held and how to check them through the 92nd District Court, the 11th Circuit Court and County Clerk, and the Sheriff's Office. Michigan keeps no public statewide warrant search: LEIN is limited to authorized agencies, and ICHAT leaves warrant information out. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing we collect about visitors is assembled into a consumer report about any person.

Third-Party Search Partners

The search boxes here are run by outside companies. Whatever you type into one of those tools is handled under that partner's privacy policy rather than this one. This site links out to court portals, sheriff's office pages, state agencies, legal aid organizations, and outside search services. Following any of those links takes you away from this site, and the destination's privacy policy takes over. Read it before you share personal details.

Some advertising partners may follow your activity across sites in order to target ads. That tracking happens on their systems, not ours.

Who Might See Your Data

We do not sell personal information. A limited set of parties may receive some of it:

  • Law enforcement or government offices responding to a valid legal order
